For nearly five years we conducted an interactive agency, focusing mainly on web design. We have more than 30 requests for the creation of web pages per monthly. As the offer is comprehensive we also provide maintenance of domains, hosting and positioning. We decided together with a partner close the business and provide clients with services to another entity. We want that new owner will be able to take care of our customers, at least as much as we did. The acquisition will be paid, of course. The amount is not excessive. I think that customers are from all over Polish and a few from abroad.
The offer includes:
- over 100 active clients,
- maintaining 85 domains,
- maintaining 52 web hosts,
- SEO for 3 customers.
Revenue from subscription services is more than 24 000 PLN net per year.
Additionally, we are interested in selling the rights to the brand, which includes: name, logo, corporate identity, design of advertising materials, brand hero, web page, 8 own domains with a rich history, account on Facebook - 750 fans, portfolio and several hundred signatures on our pages on the Internet.
