The tender subject - auction is the company AMMONO S.A. in liquidation bankruptcy, excluding receivables and financial resources, including cash and receivables from bank accounts of AMMONO S.A. in liquidation. The minimum sale price is PLN 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million PLN 00/100). All documents related to the sale process and this tender, including the offer and attachments to it, should be submitted in Polish. The bidder is obliged to pay a bid bond in the amount of PLN 500,000.00 (in words: five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100).
