Bags, wallets, backpacks, suitcases, bags, trekking, tourist clothes, etc. - Stationary store in a district town, approx. 35 m2 in a shopping center, low rent below PLN 2,000, great location at the main entrance. The store has been operating in the center since its inception in 2000. - A separate Internet sales department with history since 2008. 2 online stores plus 6 Allegro accounts about 6000 auctions. Own warehouse and office building, approx. 200 m2, with a plot of approx. 600 m2. The value of the transaction includes: the value of the net warehouse plus 200,000 PLN. It does not include the building's own net value of around 180,000, which may or may not be part of the transaction. In addition to the owner, the employment includes 3.5 hours. I allow the possibility of selling stationary and Internet activities separately. I declare the possibility of working on 1/2 full-time job for up to 6 months for a new owner.
