I will sell a profitable company organizing educational workshops with classical music for kindergartens - currently in Kraków and the surrounding area, with potential throughout the country. As part of the company, I sell twelve workshop scenarios, all know-how, a website, a database of musicians and kindergartens cooperating with the company, and equipment necessary to run workshops. The company is seasonal because there are no orders for workshops during the summer and winter holidays. In the remaining periods it brings a lot of income, depending on the number of workshops ordered by kindergartens - on average they are 1-2 kindergartens a day, while for one 40-45 minute workshop we take two kindergarten groups. The workshop scenarios are our proprietary product that uniquely combines fun and various tasks for children with fragments of classical music pieces performed live by musical duets. I sell a company because I don't have time to run it anymore, as I switched to a year-round industry.
